Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Please inform us of any cancellation as early as possible by call, WhatsApp or email.

Cab & vehicle bookings

• The applicable cancellation charges, if any, depend on how close to the pickup time the booking is cancelled and are mentioned in your booking quotation.
• If a vehicle has already been dispatched to the pickup location, the dispatch charges may apply.

Tour packages

• Hotel, train, flight or activity bookings made on your behalf follow the cancellation rules of those providers.

Refunds

Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method after deducting applicable charges.

If we cancel a booking because of vehicle unavailability, you will receive a full refund of the advance paid, or an alternative vehicle with your consent.
